DoLittle Pet Supplies is dedicated to providing excellent levels of service, communication and value at all times.  If, however, this is not what you experience then we would really like to hear from you so that we can rectify the issue.  Please contact us via email on dolittle@dolittlepetsupplies.co.uk or by telephone on 01483 225611.

Quite Simply:  How We Work

1. You order your goods via our web pages

2. Proceed to checkout and pay by any of the facilities available. Email us if you want to pay cash or cheque on delivery. This can be arranged. No deliveries can be left without payment.

3. We process your order and deliver within 3 working days unless we are out of stock then we will notify you. Often we deliver the very next day.

4. If you are unhappy about the delivery email us straight away. Let us know. If we don’t know we can't do anything about it.

5. Any shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours to be entertained.

6. Delivery cost is £1.50 contribution per order within Surrey.   Deliveries outside Surrey may be subject to an additional cost.

7. There is no minimum order value.

8. We can set up auto deliveries. Please enquire via email as to how this service works.

9. We deliver via our own vehicles and staff within Surrey.  If you think you may be outside of our delivery area but would like to purchase from us and experience the service then please email or telephone 01483 225611 your requirements and delivery address and we will see what we can do.

10. Many items are held in external storage facilities. If it transpires that we are out of stock we will notify you by email or text giving you the option to a full refund.

11. We are only obliged to take back defective items. However if you are unhappy with your purchase let us know why and we will see what we can do to sort the issue out. We want happy satisfied customers.
